Coral Island — Is It Worth It?
Farming and life simulators have had a comeuppance in recent years, with players endearingly referring to them as cozy games. That feeling of sitting at your desk, surrounded by warm ambient lighting and a cup of tea in hand. That’s the vibe cozy games aim to encapsulate.
This genre of gaming isn’t new: romancing your favorite NPC, revamping an old farm, taking down evil corporations — these roots originate from games like Harvest Moon and Story of Seasons. And while Coral Island stays true to that formula, it has a few unexpected additions.
Warning, there will be minor early-game spoilers ahead.

While things start pretty standard, planting your first crops and expending all of your energy into watering them, things start to get interesting.
