The Overwhelming Fear of Time Management
Many people get overwhelmed by time management, and for a good reason: managing your time in a world constantly throwing something new at us can be near impossible. How do you stick to a schedule that keeps changing?
Even when it is out of our control, we feel bad like a failure when we do not meet our daily goals.
“The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.”
― Michael Altshuler

The Fear
The Fear is when you have a goal for your day set, something gets in the way of it, and you get a sense of failure — even when it was out of your control.
