Your writing needs a vacation.
If you’re reading this, there is a chance that you have been writing for years — perhaps since childhood. You put a great deal of effort into your work and spend much of your free time daydreaming about what to write next. Maybe you write stories or food reviews; either way, you are a writer. And — like all writers — sometimes you need a vacation.
How can you tell?
Let’s look at the signs of burnout and apply them to writing.
- You constantly have writer’s block.
- Writing feels like a waste of time.
- You are aways tired.
- Your projects feel dull or overwhelming.
- You feel like your work isn’t appreciated
